Doorkeeper Labs LLC provides web development, mobile app development, SEO, consulting, and integration services. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Custom web application and website development
• Mobile application development (iOS)
• API development and integration
• SEO optimization and technical consulting
• MuleSoft and enterprise integration consulting
• Technical support and maintenance

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 Our Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Doorkeeper Labs LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4.2 Your Rights

You retain ownership of any content you submit to us. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display such content in connection with providing our services.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

Service pricing will be provided in writing before work begins. All prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

5.2 Payment Schedule

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, we require a deposit before work begins, with remaining payments due upon project milestones or completion.

5.3 Late Payments

Late payments may result in suspension of services and may incur additional fees. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts.

6. Project Terms

6.1 Project Scope

Project scope, deliverables, and timelines will be defined in writing before work begins. Any changes to scope may affect pricing and delivery dates.

6.2 Revisions

We include a reasonable number of revisions in our standard pricing. Additional revisions may incur additional charges.

6.3 Project Completion

Projects are considered complete when all deliverables are provided and accepted by the client. Final payment is due upon project completion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doorkeeper Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of our services.

8. Warranty and Support

8.1 Service Warranty

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. This warranty is valid for 30 days after project completion.

8.2 Support

Post-launch support and maintenance services are available under separate agreements. Basic support is included for 30 days after project completion.

9. Confidentiality

We understand the importance of protecting your confidential information. We agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information you share with us, using the same degree of care we use to protect our own confidential information.

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may terminate our services at any time with written notice. You will be responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.

10.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate services if you breach these terms, fail to make payments, or engage in conduct that we deem inappropriate or harmful to our business.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
